  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders with a merchandise total of $69.99 USD or more (calculated after all discounts and coupons have been applied).

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $69.99

    7.99 USD** applies for both US and International deliveries.

     

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Operating Hours: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Dispatch: Please note that we do not offer same-day shipping. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will typically ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for this email to arrive after the package has left our facility.

However, carriers may choose to hold a package at a local post office if they deem the delivery location unsafe or if a signature is required. We recommend shipping to a secure location (such as a work address) where someone is available to accept the package.

  • Delays: Fancydropsbeauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or unforeseen weather conditions.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly.

We aim to process orders quickly, which means there is a very narrow window to cancel or modify an order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@fancydrops.co immediately.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that the change can be made before the order is processed. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address or issue a full refund for the order value.
