Refund & Return Policy

At Fancydropsbeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, and free of any stains or signs of wear.

  • It must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@fancydrops.co.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order for a full refund free of charge, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you will need to wait until the package arrives and then proceed with the standard return process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@fancydrops.co right away.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a refund. For damaged items, please include a photo of the defect in your email to speed up the resolution process.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
